Terms & Conditions


1) Definitions
  • "Guests"," you", "your" and "yourself" means the persons for whom you make a purchase of our Products/Packages/Activities.
  • "Booking" or "Ticket" means the guest ticket and the details of booking
  • "Terms & Conditions" means these Terms and Conditions of Package / Activity made online booking through web www.pakejlangkawi.my
  • "We", "our", "ourselves","us" and "Carrier" means Global FAA Travel & Tours
  • "Website" means the site www.pakejlangkawi.my provided by us for the purpose of Guests making purchase online and to access information about us.
2) Fares and Prices
  • Adult fare applies to all passengers 12 years old and above.
  • Child fare applies between 3 to 11 years old.
  • Infant below 3 years no charges.
  • The activity's price is open date ticket.
  • Price for Malaysian and International is different rate
3) Purchases & Availability
  • Purchase of Packages can be done through our website up to 1 month before travel date and the accommodation selection is subject to availability.
  • In case of accommodation is fully booked for all hotel that we have mention in package, we offer you a full refund or you can change to another hotel that may be have different charges.
  • Purchasing a package is including Car Rental. Any extra hour shall be charged at RM10 (Car) and RM20 (Van) per hour. 6 hours extra consider full day rental. Rates quoted are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Purchase of Activities Pass Ticket can be done through our website up to 1 day before travel date and the ticket is open date.
4) Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellation in 6 Days or More before departure - 90% Refund only. 5 Days or less - Non-Refundable
5) No Shows & Refunds
  • Guests who fail to inform any delay or collect ticket pass will be classified as "No Show".
  • For "No Show" cases, the unutilied ticket automatically lapses and is void. No refund, amendment or re-issuance of ticket will be allowed.
  • All claims for refunds will be subject to applicable administrative charge per person or per booking total amount.
  • Refunds will be processed after your intended departure date & will be paid either by on-line banking. There will be no over-the-counter refund.
6) Check-in
  • Guests are advise to inform us before your departure time from Airport or Jetty. WhatsApp or Call us.
  • On check-in, present your confirm booking pass and pay the balance.
